The ACE Selling: Foundation Skills Workshop gives salespeople a set of sales skills to perform effectively with buyers. The workshop helps salespeople understand how people buy, and how to align their sales behaviour accordingly. It focuses on fundamental selling skills, including prospecting, opening a sales call, listening skills, developing buyers’ needs, qualifying, rapidly progressing through a sell cycle, negotiating and closing.
Great emphasis is placed on providing attendees with a field-effective methodology comprising a repeatable set of sales skills, along with a management process to help sellers build, manage, and maintain a balanced pipeline.
