In my opinion, this was the best Practical Solutions conference to date (and I have attended three previously). The balance of topics and presentations was just right, appealing and useful to both first-timers and repeat visitors alike. In particular, I found that the featured BOCM PAULS case study "pushed all the buttons" in its candid recording of the difficulties and successes in commencing sales operations in Russia.
As a person who places the event date on his calendar as a "must attend" at the beginning of each year, I find that the information and advice received and discussed at the conference greatly assists my regular work in the country.
