I found the sessions to be extremely useful. I had never travelled to Russia before and had some naive preconceptions of what Russian people and Moscow would be like. The session helped to question these preconceptions and better prepare for our meetings. It also helped manage my senior management's expectations of the business trip, since they too, had preconceived ideas of what they wanted to get out of our Moscow trip.
