Having now worked in Russia for over 6 months I can say that our meeting set me up well for what I was to expect. Although most of my interactions are with western companies, I have a large Russian staff and interact with many Russian Peers. The introduction set the stage to better understand what is important for these managers and how to best motivate my staff.
