Russia: Practical Solutions

With the value of UK exports hitting a record high at the beginning of December, the government is placing a big emphasis on export at the moment (see our Twitter feed for updates on this), and with the ongoing eurozone crisis, companies are being encouraged to look to emerging economies to expand.

Russia is not as difficult a market as some make out, and small manufacturing companies will benefit from taking a closer look. You do not have to be a seasoned exporter to access this market, where margins are generally far higher than in Western Europe.

Facilitated by the BBC’s Bridget Kendall, this one day event is an opportunity for companies working with Russia, or interested in opportunities there to hear the latest developments and swap experiences with companies who have undergone, and overcome many problems and challenges which you are facing.

Regular contributors include the British Embassy in Moscow, and companies which export to Russia successfully. We also have specialist companies on hand which can provide information on travel, visas, product certification, customs procedures, legal & tax issues, recruitment, translation, trade finance and government assistance.
